Comp data

Retrieve comparable property records by location and acreage. Contact support to discuss the data coverage, request limits, and integration that fits your workflow.

Land pricing

The pricing integration estimates vacant-land values using the property APN and county FIPS. Each result includes its source and the time it was retrieved.

Authenticated endpoints

Verified subscribers can sign in with POST /api/login using their email and password. Send the returned token in the Authorization: Bearer TOKEN header with Accept: application/json. Tokens expire after 24 hours.

  • POST /api/land/price: apn and five-digit county_fips.
  • POST /api/land/comps: full state and county names, min_acres and max_acres.
  • POST /api/refreshToken: revoke the current token and issue a replacement.
  • POST /api/logout: revoke the current token.

Requests are limited to five per minute and the configured provider allowance. A 503 response means verified data is unavailable. Keep your token private and use it only from your own integration.
